consider a scenario where an LLM app gives (undesired) medical advice to users, where would this be placed in AVID taxonomy? Note that the issue is not necessarily related to inaccuracies in the LLM answer, but in its assertiveness (e.g. the answer may be technically correct, but it may fail to convey uncertainty or full contextualization).

Potential new category: Performance > model issues > Lack of context.
