• Proposal from Armagan to skip Oct. 19 meeting due to RosCon.
• Call for possible installation support for OADKit setup on AVA Kit, for AVTech show in Detroit (10/27(?)) with Danlaw.

Discussion topics

Open AD Kit Zoom meeting logistics

• Two current problems
  • WG chairs are not able to claim the host role so that people can be muted or removed from the meeting if they have joined accidentally or are being disruptive (intentionally or otherwise)
  • Meeting recordings are only sent to the meeting organizer, who in this case is CJ
• CJ was not able to attend the meeting
  • ACTION: Lalith to talk to CJ about Zoom meeting logistics this week whilst CJ is in Japan

ARM DevSummit Demo update (David/Tanzawa-san/Daniel for Kasper)

• Workshop date moved to Nov. 8, which overlaps MIH demo though this is not considered a problem.
• Tanzawa-san has reduced Autoware container size to 11GB. This is still quite large and Kasper will check with Stefano.
• Tanzawa-san and Mitsudome-san will select scenario to demonstrate planning by end of week.

Outstanding actions

• OADK documentation site updates
  • Hashimoto-san to submit a PR to enable version specific OADK documentation
  • Add additional members who are able to approve PRs (requires write-access permissions on the repository, which can only be granted by an AWF admin such as Miyake-san, Fatih or Mitsudome-san)
  • Suggested PR approvers to add are Hashimoto-san, Kasper and Tanzawa-san
  • ACTION: Lalith to talk to Miyake-san or Mitsudome-san about how to add additional approvers for the OADK documentation repository

Issues

• Update documentation site to add OADK 2.0 installation instructions autoware-projects#46
  • New issue created to track OADK 2.0 documentation updates
  • Asked Stephen Li if Shark can add setup instructions for the platforms that he tested
    • Setup instructions should include any specific instructions for each platform (eg: AGX Orin and the AGX Xavier). David can then test the setup instructions once Shark has written them up.
  • ACTION: Lalith to ask Hashimoto-san about where setup instructions for each hardware platform should go, and then update the issue to make it clear for anyone who wants to make a PR
