Remove maximum_queue_size_ from concatenate_data preprocessor? (duplicated variable)

It seems that maximum_queue_size_ defined in concatenate_data_nodelet.hpp it a duplicate of the max_queue_size_ member defined in the Filter parent class

The ros parameter is the same, with the same default value:

Does it serve any particular purpose? or could it simply be replaced by max_queue_size_?

I just realized the PointCloudConcatenateDataSynchronizerComponent does not derive from Filter, so there is no duplicate
