The csv vector map specification

Hi everyone, i am confused in understanding the code refers to vertor map in csv format, is anyone kown the header of vector map like below?

PID,B,L,H,Bx,Ly,ReF,MCODE1,MCODE2,MCODE3

@Mud-B I guess it's an old format.
Now we use Lanelet2. Please refer to https://github.com/fzi-forschungszentrum-informatik/Lanelet2 and https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware.universe/tree/main/map/lanelet2_extension.

I'm sure the ROS dependencies is installed, i follow the official installation document both ROS melodic and Autoware.Ai, and all test passed.Just this new package "lanelet2_extension" doesn't pass.

I just tried with ros_melodic docker, but wasn't able to reproduce the error. (The build passed without any error)

docker pull ros:melodic
docker run -it --name melodic_autoware ros:melodic
sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y python3-pip python3-colcon-common-extensions python3-setuptools python3-vcstool
pip3 install -U setuptools
mkdir -p autoware.ai/src
