The top-level pages for each section are effectively hidden #232
Description
There is significant site content that is served by the site, but is effectivelly hidden from users because it is not accessible from the LHS nav bar.
Some content is only accessible from the Getting Started page, and users may not know to look there to access it:

Some content is simply not accessible at all because it is not listed on the Getting Started page:
The task is to make the top-level section headings clickable so that they direct the user to the corresponding section page.
