Max run time for each execution is limited to 20 seconds

The number of logs processed by this extension is limited to how many it can process in 20 seconds regardless of the "BATCH_SIZE". This is because the default value of "maxRunTimeSeconds" is 20 seconds in auth0-log-extension-tools extension.

@fyockm Looks like you have resolved this issue with #17. When can this be made available for installation in Auth0? When I tried to install it with the github url, I got the following error:
"The webtask.json has errors. Fix and try again. Details: Error at line 5: preVersion is not a valid property"

@svadla-oc the update should have been available via the extension gallery as of yesterday.

as for the 2nd part, there is a bug in the gallery with regard to custom extensions and preVersion. this will be fixed soon.

@fyockm I don't see the new version available in the extension gallery. The version I see is 2.1.
