Top places for mean error (TMB as compared to PCA-AGHQ) are:

  • us_alpha_x
  • us_alpha_xs
  • u_rho_a
  • beta_rho

Top places for SD error are:

  • u_rho_a
  • beta_rho
  • u_alpha_a
  • beta_alpha
  • u_alpha_as
  • u_rho_as

These should be places that PCA-AGHQ does a good job covering relevant hypers.
