Describe the bug

When the schemaFormat is defined to Avro 1.11 , the parser return the following error : Error: S[String(...)] is not a function

How to Reproduce

Set the schemaFormat property to application/vnd.apache.avro+yaml;version=1.11.0

@MisterAirv it's because technically schema parser doesn't support that version yet
