Docs formatting: sherpa to astropy mapping

I think there's a small problem with the docs formatting.

The "sherpa to astropy mapping" image is very small and can't be enlarged (see screenshot):

And it's located in a weird place: after the API docs (should come before, I think):

And there's another issue (on latest Chrome on OS X): at the bottom of the page I see this!?

The second problem does not appear when I built the docs locally

@nocturnalastro : I'd like to look at the docs issues. Can you add me as a maintainer in readthedocs (pick "saba" as project, then Admin -> Maintainers -> add "hamogu")?
I suspect that the readthedocs settings also have to be updated to use generic services because github retired their legacy integrations into readthedocs earlier this year. I'll take care of that, too, if you add me as a maintainer.

@nocturnalastro : Since @mirca does not see the issue locally either, it's pretty clear to me that that's a inssue with the "version selection box" that readthedocs adds on the bottom right of the page. If you add me as a maintainer, I can do things like restart the build and read the build log to debug this.
