Describe the issue

Improve the build/integration test process

Expected behaviour

Display which version of the fink-broker-simulator/finkctl are used.
Check fink-broker-simulator image exists prior to build

Actual behaviour

The CI stops in the middle if the fink-alert-simulator image does not exist. This must be checked when the CI is started
