Yabai won't let me rearrange windows with Loop App

Been working on my MacOS setup with Yabai (+ skhd), Sketchybar and Loop to make it look nice and to make window managing easier.

While Yabai and Sketchybar work splendidly together, Yabai and Loop seem to clash. I like having my windows split and arranged automatically, but when I want to rearrange my open windows with Loop's keybinds or the radial menu, said window will either bug out or be forced back to its original position by Yabai.

I've tried to set the layout config to float instead of bsp, but that resulted in windows overlapping with my Sketchybar.

Is there a way to fix this/make this work?

No, you basically are trying to use two window managers together. That is a bad idea.
If you need something similar to those loop swipes, you should make custom binds with yabai.
