Suggesting a new category - either "Consent Management" or "Compliance Tools"

Hi,

I've created a GDPR compliant SaaS Fotoerlaubnis.online which is a photo consent management tool to comply with the strict regulations around publishing pictures affecting people's personal rights.
I do not see this type of service fit into any of the present categories and therefore suggest adding "Consent Management" or more broadly "Comliance Tools" to the list.
If you agree to add a new category I'd be happy to open a PR with my entry.

Also: I'm wondering why none of the entries adheres to the format in your contribution guidelines:
