Scroll speed behaving differently depending on content size

Hi, I'm having a bit of a problem, and could use some explanation about it.
I have a div with card-like elements in a page, and the scrollbar works and deals with everything beautifully. However, I noticed that, if we have more cards, the scrollbar seems to move faster when I use the mousewheel than when I have less content. This is causing a bit of a problem for me, and I really do not want to switch to anoter plugin. Can anyone help?

By the way, is this project still on development?

I think that behaviour is intended, since the scroll speed has to increase the more content is available and decrease when less content. If you want a stable scroll speed you have to adjust the algorithm.
