Currently, the footer navigation and community links only provide a color transition on hover.

The footer navigation and community links can be enhanced by adding a subtle left-to-right underline animation while preserving the existing color transition and overall design language.

Proposed Enhancement

• Add a smooth left-to-right underline animation on hover for footer links.
• Preserve the existing hover color transition.
• Ensure the animation remains lightweight and consistent across all footer links.
