Pokemon Trainer has three characters — what should we do with the GSP tracker?

One solution would be to special-case Pokemon Trainer such that all entries for any of Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard are displayed together (and display a notice).

Another would be to render Pokemon Trainer as a single character in the character selector for the GSP tracker. Unfortunately, this is harder to achieve technically.
