Alexa not discovering the bridge

hi,
Alexa is unable to discover my HA bridge. done all the settings correctly. kindly assist.
Bridge IP is 192.168.1.165. static IP reserved in router. upnp enabled in router

just run this:
java -jar amazon-echo-brige-0.4.0.jar --upnp.config.address=192.168.1.165 --server.port=8080 --emulator.portbase=8080.
The above works for me (but on a different port).
If you want to run it on a different port, change both 8080 entries to the new port. No need for upnp to be enabled on the router.
