traceroute graph: !ffffffff nodes should be marked "unknown" instead of ^all #4

Description

@akohlsmith

Just a minor nitpick in the traceroute graphs: nodes which have the "all ones" ID (!ffffffff) should probably be marked "(unknown)" or similar instead of ^all -- these nodes are added to the packet by nodes which can tell the packet was rebroadcast by a node which does not properly handle the newer traceroute packet format. The newer-firmware nodes add this when they detect a rebroadcast by way of hopStart/hopLimit but when the packet payload does not have the missing information.
