"modified-diff-gaussian-rasterization-w-depth" folder is missing from the FisherRF-ns repository

Hi, I noticed that the "modified-diff-gaussian-rasterization-w-depth" folder is missing from the FisherRF-ns repository (https://github.com/JiangWenPL/FisherRF-ns). However, this folder is required in the "install_deps.sh" file.

We have that repo public and added it to the install_deps.sh file.

I do recommend Docker though; we will have detailed steps on how to run this week!
