[DEV] Add MCP support for OpenCode integration

Todo:

• Review existing MCP servers to verify compatibility with OpenCode.
• Add an opencode.json configuration file to define and register the MCPs.
• Evaluate using SKILLS.md/ to selectively expose capabilities instead of loading all MCPs into context. This should also be considered for [DEV] Add skills to dynamically load and use tools #91.
