Added RevitLookup support

This release adds RevitLookup support to the RPS interactive shell by means of the init.py script. Just use lookup(element) or lookup(elementid) and the RevitLookup form will open for that element.

Port to Autodesk Revit 2016

RevitPythonShell now runs on Autodesk Revit 2016.
