In PET-linear :

  • What is obtained with or without option -ui is not intuitive. Currently, it says the cropped output is permanent while the uncropped one is optional. It is the contrary of what is described in T1-linear which has the same option.
  • Is the SUVR always fixed ? (compared to what is described in the CAPS specs)

In T1-volume:

  • Is the transformation / modulation always fixed ? (compared to what is described in the CAPS specs)

In 'DWI-preprocessing-using-T1' :

  • Between the note in 'Outputs' and the one in 'Describing this pipeline in your paper' it is unclear in which space (T1 or dwi) the results are.
