Clinica run t1-volumn Cannot find files #1368

It seems that Clinica is unable to find the required T1-weighted MRI files even though the file paths are correct.

Could you please provide more details ?

What's your OS (name, version...) ?
What version of Python are you using ?
What version of Clinica are you using ?
What does your BIDS folder looks like ? (a tree output would be nice for example)
