live match processing getmatchdetail endpoint

Currently when you request the /GetMatchDetail endpoint before a match has ended it only shows current dead players under each seperate sub 'teams' array containing: id,placement and array of players.

Is it possible to update the /GetMatchDetail endpoint so it shows all players who are in a match before the match has ended?
