Merge Bot

Merge bot is an opinionated github app that is designed to merge upstream changes into downstream repositories. It will create a pull request with the changes against the downstream repo, and will need to go through that repo's normal approval process to merge those changes. It will notify you on slack via a webhook each time a pull request gets made.
