[Planning] Explore Spade integration

This will allow all of the spade automation tooling to talk to a ddm instance transparently
implement the deal reservation functionality

• Currently exploring how to do this most effectively

• It turns out Spade has a concept of SP enclaves, which effectively allows tenants to define a small group of SPs for closed-circuit dealmaking
• This is good in terms of standardization, we don't need two separate deal flows - need to explore integration in more depth
