When receiving body / body part data from the server, it’s (usually) encoded in a transfer-encoding (e.g. base 64). Would be great if we can do a streaming decode.

@danieleggert Sounds good to me assuming this is actually only a transfer-encoding (which we should indeed handle). Is there never a reason for the user to say store it on disk in base64 as it came off the wire?
