In config

activate :asset_host, :host => '//blog.appcanary.com'

is broken, it renders the string "Express.js" as //blog.appcanary.com/Express.js when you do middleman build (doesn't do this in preview).

I wanted this because I needed absolute urls for images to render from mailchimp sigh :((
