[Hacktoberfest] Create a LangChain Tool Guard

Create an APortToolGuard class that wraps LangChain Tool objects. Before execution, it calls APort /verify to check the agent's passport.

Success Criteria

• Working class in /examples/langchain with README and example agent using protected tools
• APortToolGuard class that wraps LangChain tools
• Verification before tool execution
• Comprehensive tests and documentation
• Example usage with different tool types

Technology Stack

• Python, LangChain, aporthq-sdk-python

Acceptance Criteria

• Must include working example
• Must have proper error handling
• Must include documentation
• Must support all LangChain tool types

@uchibeke I tried installing the python sdk and I am facing this error that says there is no matching distribution.
pip install aporthq-sdk-python
I followed the command as I found it here: https://github.com/aporthq/aport-sdks/blob/main/sdk/python/README.md
Is there something I am missing ? Please let me know.
