Announcing initial work on v0.7!

I have started working on the next version of apalis and am looking for your feedback and ideas.
Here are some of the things to hopefully be part of the version:

1. A robust retry system that integrates with the backend. Tracked on Improvements to the Retry Layer #399
2. Stepped tasks. tracked via retry with fallback timer #485
3. Cron Context, tracked via feat: introduce cron context #488
4. MakeShared trait should allow multiple instances to share a polling connection which would increase performance.
5. Integrate with loco tracked here chore: attempt to integrate loco with apalis loco-rs/loco#1091. This depends on item 4.

Sounds more than one could dream of!
Nothing to add or take away. The list looks really cool!

The only thing I would suggest is to change the numbering to 1.x.x already.

That is in the pipeline, though it needs a stable API before a major version bump. There are still some changes in the API but we are headed there.
