Monitoring Device in Hertzbeat which is consumed from a kafka topic

Suppose a different application is publishing a message to a kafka topic whenever device is added, then how to consume that message and get all the devices details in hertzbeat and later put it as a JSON template format for bulk import OR monitor all the devices consumed in hertzbeat?

Simply I want to monitor those devices after consuming the message which are added to kafka topic. Help me out with the approach.
