How long is 50 FTM Opera -> ETH bridge supposed to take?

Still no FTM ERC20 on my ETH account after 30 min.

Do I need some ETH on the receiving ETH address to pay for gas fees for the bridge? I did put some, but bridge Tx still stuck. No FTM ERC20 landed on https://etherscan.io/address/0x1f31B7675180fa61b691D0026E1DC557562bB54a
