C/C++ compiler setting

Hi,

I am encountering an issue reading a simulation of a collegue. He used a little c++ code to compute another physics. I am having trouble reading this file (both with Python or with the GUI interface. It looks to be due to a poor c++ compilator. Can anyone provide some guidance on how to resolve this ?
