"20 spaces left" when ferry is full

This is probably an upstream issue, but ferry.fyi is showing 20 spaces available with more than 4 lanes of traffic queued at the Mukilteo terminal (i.e. more than enough vehicles to fill the Suquamish or Tokitae).
