Conversation title not auto-generated from first message in desktop app — remains "New session"

Description

When creating a new conversation in the OpenCode desktop app (beta), the conversation title is never renamed from the default "New session" + date format. It should be auto-generated based on the first message content (or at least allow editing), but it stays as "New session (Jun 24, 2026)" permanently, even after sending multiple messages.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the OpenCode desktop app
2. Start a new conversation (Ctrl/Cmd+N or via the UI)
3. Type a message and send it
4. Observe that the conversation title in the sidebar remains "New session ..."
5. Continue the conversation — title never updates
