Web UI doesn't support multi-select in interactive prompts

Description

When using opencode server web interface during plan design, the interactive prompts show "select multiple" but the UI only allows single selection. The web version lacks checkboxes/multi-select components, making it impossible to choose more than one option.

2. Open web UI and start a plan
3. When a prompt says "select multiple", try to select more than one option
