Image-3D — Third-Party Notices

This repository's own code (server/, web/, docs/, tests/, etc.) is
licensed under the Polyform Small Business License 1.0.0 (see LICENSE).
It does not include third-party model code or weights; those are
cloned or downloaded separately by the user into third_party/ and
~/.cache (see README.md "セットアップ" and "ライセンス").

The notices below are provided for users who configure this app to
use the Hunyuan3D-2 or Pixal3D generators, per the attribution/notice
requirements of those projects' own licenses.

Community License Agreement, Copyright (c) 2025 Tencent. All Rights
Reserved. The trademark rights of "Tencent Hunyuan" are owned by
Tencent or its affiliate.

See third_party/Hunyuan3D-2/LICENSE (populated after you clone the
upstream repository per README.md) for the full agreement, including
territory and monthly-active-user restrictions.

Pixal3D / DINOv3 (optional IMAGE3D_GENERATOR=pixal3d)

Built with DINOv3.

The Pixal3D generator uses Meta's DINOv3 model weights
(camenduru/dinov3-vitl16-pretrain-lvd1689m, a distillation of
facebook/dinov3-vit7b16-pretrain-lvd1689m) for image conditioning.
DINOv3 is licensed under Meta's DINOv3 License:

DINO Materials are used in this project's Pixal3D image-conditioning
pipeline.

Pixal3D itself (code and model weights) and its build-time
dependencies used by this app's generation path (TRELLIS.2 / o-voxel,
CuMesh, FlexGEMM, drtk, NATTEN) are MIT-licensed. See README.md
"ライセンス" for the full third-party OSS table and per-package
