- Cauliflower
- 1 TBSP curry powder (vindaloo)
- 1 TSP black pepper
- 1 TSP salt
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Heat up oven to 425 F
- Break up / chop cauliflower to small-ish pieces (1/2 in), add to bowl
- Mix with oil and spices until evenly coated
- Oil bottom of a baking tray / foil
- Bake for ~25 mins, until browned
