I've used Dropbox-Uploader in the past and was quite happy with it but I recently decided to rebuild my Pi on a new SD and used Pi Builder to configure everything. Next step was to reinstall Dropbox-Uploader.
I was surprised when clicked on Code > Download ZIP, Kaspersky blocked the download saying there a malicious file. The warning is below. That is on my Windows machine.
I thought this may be a false positive and I decided to clone the repository to my Pi and then thought to run a second scan just to be safe so I transferred the Dropbox-Uploader folder to my windows machine and immediately Kaspersky said it detected a Trojan in the dropShell.sh file.
Below is the screenshot.
i'm not sure what this means. i'm not claiming that the repository has a trojan but something must have triggered Kaspersky. Could it be the file name ? If that the case, hopefully the repository can be updated so we can download it.
