[DOCS] Close status drift: mark implemented roadmap items and retire false stubs in FREIGHTER_COMPARISON detail tables

Feature Description

Executive summaries were refreshed, but detail sections of FREIGHTER_COMPARISON and some package READMEs still claim missing content script / mock-only send. Finish doc truth pass and link open hard issues.

Problem Statement

Contributors and SCF reviewers prioritize dead work; stale docs waste sprints.

Proposed Solution

1. Line-by-line update §4 incomplete table vs code.
2. ROADMAP phase rows cross-linked to GitHub issue numbers (including this wave).
3. contracts/README accuracy ([DOCS] contracts/README.md advertises WebAuthn and multi-signature support that does not exist in lib.rs #940).
4. CI optional: grep forbid "no content script" false claims.
