[MOBILE] Production WalletConnect: non-empty accounts namespace + deep link pairing e2e

Feature Description

Fix approveSession empty accounts (#933) and deliver end-to-end WC pairing on mobile-app host: deep link ancore://wc, SessionApprovalSheet, real namespaces with C/G addresses.

Problem Statement

dApps receive empty accounts; pairing cannot complete productively. Host app scaffold exists but WC is not productionized.

Proposed Solution

1. Build CAIP-2 / Stellar namespace accounts from active wallet.
2. Wire deep link handler through mobile-app.
3. Maestro or Detox smoke: pair → approve → sign (can mock chain).
4. Close [MOBILE] WalletKitProvider.approveSession() always sends an empty accounts list to dApps #933 as part of this work or mark blocked.
