Refresh Page Model Gone

If the user refreshes the page after uploading the model using the "load" button, the model is gone.

Functionality should be consistent no matter whether you load a model, or ad the elements from scratch. The Cookies need to be updated, when a model is loaded.

To prevent this for the Huddersfield study, I disabled refresh in main.js with the following:
