4 fingers down always switches to next window

Current behavior: switches to next window on moving 4 fingers down (and doing anything afterward, then releasing)

Expected behavior: follows settings, and 4 fingers down is detected separately from 4 down > [right/left]

I have the 3/4 swap enabled. These are settings for 3 fingers, but I use 4 with the swap functionality enabled.
