Improve configuration UI 

Currently Gabby Gums is still quite difficult to configure (especially for new users). While improving the documentation would help with his considerably, I'd also like to improve the configuration experience by implementing some sort of reaction / command driven menu system. This should hopefully make the Bot much more user friendly.
