Music on/off not working

When music off is chosen, the music continues playing, when music on is chosen then, it stops for a few seconds, then starts again. The sounds are not affected afaik.

Just in case you folks are interested in a version without the theme music, I was investigating how to kill it entirely (and failed to get a build after a spending a few hours with emscripten and cmake), and then I discovered @FairySunny has a fork for mobile phone browsers where apparently the music is gone!

They shared the build files too.

How I failed to get a build (/cc @alula)

Despite being a total newcomer to emscripten and C, surprisingly I managed to install all the necessary bits and have come to the point where I could just run the cmake in the root directory (SpaceCadetPinball) without an error. My cmake output is as follows:

-- Include dir='/opt/homebrew/include/SDL2'
-- Include dir='/opt/homebrew/include/SDL2'
-- Configuring done
-- Generating done
-- Build files have been written to: /my/clone/path/to/SpaceCadetPinball

The only differences before/after in the directory are the new directories bin and CMakeFiles. The bin has a binary file in it. And CMakeFiles has various link files (I guess?). No .js or .html was spotted anywhere.

Differences with the original port:

• The music is disabled.
• The game menu is hidden.
• The game automatically resizes to fit the window.
• Supporting the C key for using the right flipper.
• Allowing the user to enable or disable the sound effects by pressing the T key.
