As I understand it, there's a critical issue with this library: Opus only supports a small set of sample rates, like 48khz.
If a user has a device that's different (like 44.1khz), then what you need is the following: RtAudio -> resample -> Opus encode.
RtAudio -> resample -> Opus encode
I figure most people will find this to be a problem with this otherwise great library. But who knows!
