Tutorial Introduction to GNN @MDS22

  1. After creating a NERSC account login to http://jupyter.nersc.gov
  2. Select "Exclusive GPU Node" on Perlmutter
  3. Wait a few mins (usually less than 5)
  4. Click on the Git Menu -> Clone Repository and enter https://github.com/alinutzal/IntrotoGNN
  5. Change the directory to IntrotoGNN and open the 1_Intro_karate.ipynb Jupyter notebook
  6. Select the "pytorch-1.9.0" kernel
