Docker Model Runner Integration with .NET Aspire

User story:

AS a developer,
I WANT to integrate Docker Model Runner with .NET Aspire
SO THAT I can configure LLM through container orchestration easily.

Acceptance criteria:

• Ollama integration SHOULD present in the .AppHost project.

Definition of Done:

• All test MUST be passed.
• Acceptance criteria MUST be met.
