Automate rawACF retrieval -> fitACF conversion -> netCDF conversion

• Update raw_to_nc so that the netCDF that gets created includes a list of the fitACFs used to create it
• Verify that the script works when called by cron - currently it only retrieves the rawACFs but doesn't convert them to fitACF
• Create a modified version of the monthly script that gets and converts the rawACF data one month at a time, and then continues moving backward until it hits the dat files
• Add the dat_to_rawacf conversion to the script so it can continue through the dat files
• Create another cron job that periodically looks at the text files of all the rawACFs we’ve grabbed and compares it to the current files available on BAS to grab any new ones
• Delete the rawACF files after fitACFs have been created
