View-Only Mode for Disconnected Ledger Wallets

Currently, when a Ledger wallet is connected to the Desktop App, its details are displayed. However, once the Ledger is disconnected, the wallet disappears from the app.

Proposed Enhancement
Introduce a view-only mode that allows users to retain and track their wallet information even after disconnecting their Ledger device. This would enable users to:
• Monitor balances and transaction history without requiring a Ledger connection.
• Reduce the need for frequent reconnections, improving usability.
• Enhance portfolio tracking within the Desktop App.
