noteblocks and repeaters

I like building my noteblock litematics but the printer cant time it perfectly, and so it goes through the correct state of the block also for noteblocks it should place the block below it first and than the noteblock itself, so the correct state of the noteblock is applied before it starts going through the noteblocks' sounds only not to find the correct state
